Strawberry Mice and Cheese
Ingredients: Strawberries, sliced almonds, string cheese, swiss cheese, whole wheat crackers
Take a slice of swiss cheese and cut into squares to fit atop of each cracker, remove the stem end of the strawberries and carve a small hole, slice off a small piece of the strawberry lengthwise so the strawberry can sit flat on its side, insert two almonds into the strawberry closest to the pointed side of the strawberry (these almonds are to look like the mouse ears!), make the tails by pulling a small piece of string cheese and sticking it to the back of the strawberry in the hole you carved. Place each strawberry mouse on each cheese cracker! Enjoy!
